During the 2012-2013 school year, I was awarded the "First Year Teacher of the Year" award. Also, during the same year I worked with CMS as a Title VIX Tutor. On May 30th, 2014 I was awarded a position in the "Governors Teacher Network" of North Carolina. 450 teachers were selected for this prestigious program, three of whom teach at Ardrey Kell (including myself).
Last but not least, I enjoy taking long walks on the beach.
